Athlete of the Month: Ant

1) What made you come to 622?

I joined 622 because I wanted experience the community feeling that Crossfit has to offer. And Al is my best friend!

2) What are your new goals?

My new goals are to stay more consistent in gym. I’m always searching for improvement in my lifts and overall technique. My goal for lifting is to hit a triple bodyweight deadlift.

3) What is you favorite part about the 622 experience?

My favorite part about 622 is all of the coaching. They have helped me get to where I am today in my fitness and they always create a welcoming environment.
