The Open starts with the announcement on Thursday, February 21st. If you haven’t seen Wodify here’s a run down of what the next 5 weeks will look like..

Friday’s: The workout announced on Thursday night will be programmed for class on Friday mornings. There will only be class at 6am, 7:30am, 9am and 12pm. No evening classes. Our annual Friday Night Lights will start at 5:30pm. Those looking to get a score will need a judge and who aren’t signed up can treat this like a normal class.

Monday’s: There will be two workouts programmed. You have the option to repeat the open workout or just do class. But will be streamlined together at the same time meaning we will all warmup together and then split when we figure out what everyone’s doing. This will allow for a smooth transition with both workouts going on. #societyfitness #cf622
