25 Minutes to get as high as possible..
10 Wall Balls 20/14
3 Squat Cleans 135/95 *Starting weight
Partner 1 will perform 1 full round. Then partner 2 will perform a full round. Add 5-10 pounds each round. Partner up with someone equal in strength. Partner can also change out weights.
Score is total combined weight.

B) 10 Minutes to build and perform a 10 Rep Max Front Squat
Same teams. First rep can be ether a squat clean or power clean into front squat. Score is again total weight combined.
