Teams of 3:
A) In a 20 minute window..
Build to a Heavy in the Complex
3 Power Clean
2 Hang Power Clean
1 Shoulder to Overhead

*Each athlete works to their heavy complex within time limit. One bar per team, rotate and build as needed. Complex must be performed unbroken (bar can not go to ground during complex).

*Must rotate every 200m
