A) Teams of 2:
4 Rounds *35 minute cap
50 Calorie Row or Bike or 800m Run
40 Burpees
30 Calorie Row or Bike or 400m Run
20 Ground to Overhead/Overhead Squats 95/65

-rest 3 minutes between rounds-‘

Rounds 1 and 3 barbell movement is Ground to Overhead.
Rounds 2 and 4 barbell movement is Overhead Squats.
Weights should be on the lighter side.
