Prep Course- classes are for anyone that has never done CrossFit before. The athletes are taught the 9 fundamental movements. Then put through a workout based of the movements learned that class. How it works is the individual schedules 4 Personal Training Sessions starting after the free Intro Session with a desired coach. After everything has been completed, and all movements and have been checked off, then the athlete will proceed to the regular CrossFit classes. Prep course is unique and is a great opportunity for the beginning crossfitter or even the experienced. Lastly we go over nutrition at the end of each class. This course is $100 for 4 Personal Training sessions.
