Q: What made you come to 622?
A: The reason I came here is because I don’t have any outlets. Life was getting boring. Going to work then home. I was browsing the net looking for something. An activity perhaps such as a gym or CrossFit. And then I found Society Fitness (CrossFit 622). Which makes me happy and I challenge myself. So far I’ve gone from 182 pounds to 152.

Q: What are your new goals?
A: I want to continue adding muscle in places I didn’t know I had while also having the supporting lean muscle.
