Leg Burner!

I struggle with self doubt.. A lot.

When I was younger, literally right before before a football game I would start questioning myself. The voice in my head was going crazy.

Even to when I started doing CrossFit that self doubt still creeped around in the back of my head. Was this new fitness goal right in front of me the right one?

And even more current with the decisions I make in my personal life, my business and still my fitness.

Im sure many people can relate, especially if you’re new to any kind of fitness program.

I’ve come to realize you can’t quite the voice in your head. Im also now more consciously aware when I hear it too. So the fix for when it just starts whispering sweet nothing’s into my ear?

I lean into it. Think of the flow of a river. Im now going against the current of the river to go upstream. The complete opposite of what the voice is telling me.

This also stretches my comfort zone. Your voice will start going of in this workout below. So now is a good time to test it 🙂
