– What made you come to 622?
I wanted to build strength. Feel better and be more confident. Get experience working out other than what I’ve done in the past. My friend and co worker Ivan recommended this place to me. Great people and great coaches.

– What are your new goals?
To get stronger in my lifts and body weight movements, look great and hit my goal weight.

– What is your favorite part about the 622 experience?
I like the coaches encouraging me to push my limits. Convince me that you can do it. And the workouts are always fun and challenging.
