How’s your shoulder flexibility these days? The human body’s natural range of motion through shoulder flexion and hyperextension (shown in the picture), is extremely important to maintain for optimal movement efficiency and overal health. If you’re interested in learning how to work on your flexibility as well as many other basics I teach in my Gymnastics class, come down to @crossfit_622 and try it out! Our next class is this Saturday, 7/16/16 at 12:00pm!





Performance & Fitness

A) For 15 minutes float from station to station and practice the following…

Station 1) 3-5 Rope Climbs
Station 2) 10-15 GHD or Half GHD Sit-Ups
Station 3) Max Effort Push-Ups *Keep count of these and tell your coach


Performance & Fitness

B) Every 4 Minutes for 12 Minutes (3 sets)
10 Chin Ups
20 Kettlebell Swings 53/35
25 Double Unders/50 Singles
