Your free consult with us will consist of a 30-45 minute one-on-one talk with one of our top tier coaches. We want to get to know you and your fitness goals so together we can decide on a program specifically tailored to your needs and goals. We’ll also take you on a tour of the facility, provide you with your first workout and answer all of your questions on membership, pricing, and our fitness programs including CrossFit, The Women’s UPLIFT Class, Fit 45 and one-on-one Personal Training. 60 minute classes that incorporate high intensity interval training and a variety or movements/equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics, and cardio equipment. Guaranteed to push your fitness to the next level along with make you stronger, faster, and leaner.
Women’s Class. This class is core intensive. Only involves dumbbells, kettle bells, body weight movements, medicine balls, and cardio equipment.
Your goals are unique to you so your program should be unique to you as well. All personal training memberships include:
