Q: What made you come to 622?
A: I wanted to find a CrossFit gym for a while. This is really close to my house. I stopped to talk to coach @michaelbdcf after hours and @alexcritcher called me right away. It’s better than going to a big box gym and doing the same thing over again.
Q: What are your new goals?
A: To continue improving at the 10 domains of fitness.
Q: What is your favorite part about the 622 experience?
A: The atmosphere. I know I’m going to get a good workout. I get along with everyone here. I never pull into the parking lot and think “ah shit I don’t want to be here” 😀 #societyfitness #cf622
