Alex Critcher: Owner/Head Coach

I have been an athlete my whole life. Playing football,basketball and running track in high school. I primarily came from  a  football background, so you can only imagine what it was like to see me playing basketball, and its still like that to this day 🙂 I played a little college football at Saddleback Junior College, and San Bernardino Valley College. It wasn’t until I became a personal trainer in southern California that I found CrossFit. The trainer that I worked for was all into it, but it seemed very suspect to me. Then one day I decided to try it. It gave me that rush of energy and competition that football used to give me. I suddenly became hooked. From that point on I wanted to pursue my Level 1. It then motivated me to continue to learn and grow as an athlete and coach. When I moved back to Las Vegas in 2012, I was fortunate enough to do a Coaching Development Program (CDP) (a kind of internship at CrossFit Max Effort) under Lindsay and Zach Forrest. Since then, I have wanted to spread this new love that I have, and continue to help people through fitness.
