For this weeks Athlete of the Week, Corey has won the honors. He is, as of last week, a licensed chiropractor. So if you need to get an adjustment he’s your go to guy. He consistently comes to the 7pm CrossFit class at least 4 days a week and his lifts have all gotten stronger, along with his gymnastics. The one great thing about Corey (besides the fact that he is a chiropractor) is his diligence for mobility maintenance on himself. He knows his limitations and what positions put him in a pickle. He arrives 30 minutes before class to mobilize and stays after for some more mobility. We should all take note on how important mobility is for our fitness, and more importantly, our health. Good job Corey!!\
