This weeks Athlete of the Week is a athlete here at the gym but also one of our coaches. Coach @breinebfit has demonstrated tremendous amounts of patience while also letting her passion for health and fitness shine through. With her schedule coaching at the gym she still finds the time to fit in her own workouts. She is currently training for the upcoming @femmeroyalemovement competition. Lastly she does exactly what a coach is supposed to do in her off time. Always striving to make herself a better athlete and more importantly a better coach. Good job Bre! Keep up the good work!!
