Athlete of the Week

This is Melissa! She is our athlete of the week. She started CrossFit a couple months ago and hasn’t looked back since. One of her goals when signing up was to become more consistent at coming the gym. She comes in 3+ times a week. She continues to push herself with becoming familiar with a variety of movements. If she doesn’t know what the movement is, before class she’ll look it up. To go along with her curiosity, she is a very quick learner. She will pick up the most movements that day, retain it, and demonstrate it with good form. Good job Melissa! Keep it up!
