Athlete of the Week
Meet Paul. Paul is our Athlete of the Week and has been stepping his game up since he become a member here a couple of months ago. How much progress he has made since becoming a member, is amazing. For example his strength and I know he doesn’t think it, but his cardio has also improved. Paul always comes in with a positive attitude, even when he checks what the workout is before hand and sees that it’s accumulate 100 burpees for time. He all around a good guy. When you see him tell him good job! Keep it up Paul!
