Everyone’s favorite time of the week! Good job to Michael Sullard for being this weeks Athlete of the Week! If you don’t know him, he typically comes in the afternoon and hangs out till we close. He has done a lot for the gym since joining and I personally can’t thank him enough. He works really hard in the gym, especially with a barbell. Always trying to get stronger. He is also a very good with anything body weight. His hard work and work ethic carries over to his life outside the gym. He’ll always find a reason to be here. Keep up everything that you’re doing Mike. Good job to our athlete or the week!
