Q) What Made you come to Society Fitness?
A) I’ve been doing the same type of training in boxing and noticed my body start to plateauing. My husband suggested I then try CrossFit.

Q) What are your new goals?
A) Take my time with form. MY main goal is esthetic and lose 15 pounds.

Q) What is your favorite part about the experience?
A) Learning new things and challenging my body to places it’s never been before 🙂 #societyfitness#societynation
