Hey all! A couple of announcements for this week.. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday the class schedule will be as followed. 8am, 4pm,5pm,6pm, and 7pm. There will be no 10am, or 12pm class for these three days. Normal schedule back on Thursday. Also here is the link for the CrossFit Endurance Seminar.
