Intro to CrossFit: Free for beginners! (*Must set up by appointment)
Prep Course: Our Prep Course classes are for anyone that has never done CrossFit before. The athletes are taught the 9 fundamental movements. Then put through a workout based of the movements learned that class. How it works is there is the standard prep course fee. The athletes pay that and have 5 sessions to complete the course. The classes are throughout the day, Monday-Friday. Just Check a time that you will be able to attend. After everything has been completed, and all movements and have been checked off, then the athlete may proceed to the regular CrossFit classes. If the prep course classes don’t fit the athletes schedule at all, then a 1 on 1 private training session can be another alternative.
