New Schedule

So you guys have been asking about the new schedule and when it goes into effect, Offically Monday the 13th. Now more classes to get your fitness on!!  A couple of announcements.. As of right now our last class for this week will be the 10am on Friday 10th. We will be closed all weekend and reopen back up on Monday the 13th. Until further notice. Please adjust your training schedule accordingly.
