Lifting To Save a Pair

On October 25th, 2014 CrossFit 622 is hosting its first annual Breast Cancer Awareness WOD – “Lifting to Save a Pair”

The event kicks off at 10 am, but come early to receive your goody-bag, enter in a few raffles, and meet new faces.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

– Wear pink…lots of pink.

– There is a $5 registration fee.  The event is FREE, we just ask that you make a donation.

– Proceeds will go to support the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

– Get ready to lift heavy things with amazing people. (hint hint)

– Bring friends, family, or strangers to help cheer you on.

What’s the WOD?

Grab a partner because it’s going to be a good time….and you’ll want to share the reps!

Start with: 200m you go, I go run
Then 2 rounds of:
• 50 wall balls (20/14)
• 50 deadlifts ( 115/75)
• 50 kettlebell swings ( 24kg/16kg)
• 50 double unders
Finish with: 200m you go, I go run

It’s going to be a great, sweaty time!!!
