The gym schedule for this week will be as followed.. Monday and Tuesday normal schedule. Wednesday is a half day, so the only classes will be 8am, 10am, and the 12pm. Thursday and Friday will be closed. Saturday is normal schedule with a 11am CrossFit class and open gym. Todays workout is a good one. So have fun ๐Ÿ™‚
