Gymnastics this weekend will be combining everything we’ve worked on over the last few classes, starting with the most important exercise: The Handstand. There isn’t another movement you can train that can teach you how and where to properly position your body in space than the handstand. We’ll be covering full body this Saturday so come down to @crossfit_622 at 12pm and get inverted with us!
