Congratulations to Tina for receiving Athlete of the Week! She has been injured the last 2 weeks but still continues push herself and do what she can and scaling around her injury. This is what CrossFit is about regardless of what the reason or injury is on why you can’t train. We can scale around it. She understands this and continues to push forward. Lastly she has just signed up to compete in her first CrossFit open! Great job Tina!
