Athlete of the Week
Meet Robbie. He is the athlete of the week! He is also our quarterback for our championship flag football team! Robbie has been a member for about 6 months now and has increased the majority of his strength in all his lifts. Particularly his back squat jumping from 285 to 345. Robbie is consistent when his job doesn’t keep him up all night. He a cool guy so when you see him in the gym tell him good job! Nice job pal!
