Athlete of the Week
Neil Hatcher (or other name Ragen) is one of the few early pioneers of this here CrossFit 622. He’s seen the gym change whether it be members, or even to the way we do things. He has stuck with it, and hasn’t given up. In the early days Neil didn’t understand the movements. He didn’t know how to demonstrate the majority of what was thrown at him. And cardio was a struggle. I can proudly say that if you stick with something and don’t give up, change and results will come. Neil‘s progress has made him one of the better movers in the gym. I can ask him to demo moves now in front of the class and know that it’s going to be done correctly and efficiently. He still has work to do but the amount of progress is phenomenal.
